As an alternative to the faithful T-shirt this summer try a beautifully feminine camisole instead. Worn with a smart skirt or trousers or jeans and shorts, a camisole is comfortable, and swathes the body without being too tight or clingy.Cotton, linen and layered chiffon are the most flattering fabrics to wear while knits sit close to the skin looking great on more slender frames.Luckily a gently draped camisole will disguise a less-than-flat stomach giving you a much smoother line - there's nothing worse than a tight stretchy vest top revealing every bulge. If your arms aren't the favourite part of your body try a few quick toning exercises. For an impromptu exercise grab two tins of baked beans/tinned tomatoes from the kitchen cupboard and standing with your feet hip distance apart lift them slowly, in unison, straight out in front of you, until they are level with your shoulders. Slowly lower and then do 10-15 repetitions.Repeat the exercise lifting arms out to the side, and also behind you (excellent for toning under arms). Aim for daily practice and in no time you'll see some improvement in the muscle tone of your arms.
